Prices

Goods are charged at the prices shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order. Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted.

Contract

A contract is formed between you and Jamaica Press when Jamaica Press confirms acceptance of your order. Independently of Jamaica Press, Paypal will confirm receipt of your payment. No contract is made by Paypal's notification. Jamaica Press reserves the right to reject your offer to purchase the goods and arrange for the return of your payment.

Ordering Securely Online

Ordering Online with us is safe and secure. All of your credit or debit card purchases are processed by Paypal (www.paypal.co.uk) on our behalf, using their secure processing technology. Your credit card information is encrypted using 128bit SSL technology as it is transmitted to Paypal for authorisation and the response is securely returned to us. At no time are your credit or debit card details ever seen by any member of our staff or stored on any of our systems.

VAT

All prices are exclusive of VAT which will be added by Paypal at the time of payment.

Delivery Information

Goods can be delivered anywhere within mainland England, Scotland and Wales and will normally be despatched within 1-4 working days of acceptance of your order. In the event of excessive delay, we will contact you.

Delivery is free where orders exceed £50.00. Delivery is £5.95 where orders are less than £50.00

Return Policy

If the goods are damaged in transit, please contact Jamaica Press within 7 days of receipt, by phone to 01237 441411 or by fax to 01237 441419 or by e-mail to info@jamaicapress.co.uk to arrange for the collection, return and replacement of the damaged goods.
